Scope: Logo design / Company Mascot / Branding

We were given the challenge of coming up with a mascot for a label company. They wanted something bright and whimsical that would be the brand identifier for the company as well as portraying the nature of the excellent, adhesive ability of their labels.

Certainly, a cartoony face on a sticker shape would be the first thought of many standard artists, however, our team came up with something better.

A few sketches were created, and one theme arose as the forerunner: A Tree Frog. Merging the concepts of a label’s adhesive “nature”, as well as a bright, attractive multi-color design, this colorful Tree Frog design was created.

The artwork was created as a vector image, so that it could be used across any media type and size, without worry of distortion.

Result: Delighted by the colorful, friendly nature of the illustration, mixed with its visual-metaphor, the client immediately approved of the design and implemented it line-wide.
