All customer art is pre-flighted upon receipt to ensure that files are print ready, are high resolution, contain all connecting files and include all fonts. We then will contact you to fine tune the project and discuss the most optimum way of running the job.

Our customer service is second to none. Customer Service is a very important part of pre-press. When you need to discuss your job you will speak directly to the operator that is working on that job so that any changes or details can be discussed and made immediately. This high level of customer service ensures client's satisfaction and provides them with the security of having an in-house prep department.

FTP
We provide each customer with their own FTP site on our server which allows for secure file transfers.
